Terms of Service

Paperflow is an educational platform intended to help students discover and access past examination papers and revision resources for TEVETA programmes, technical and vocational qualifications, colleges, universities, and other examination boards.

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use the Paperflow website, create an account, browse educational resources, submit content, or contact us. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

If you are under the age at which you can legally accept these Terms, you should use the platform with the involvement and permission of a parent, guardian, or other person legally responsible for you, where required by law.

Paperflow provides a digital service for discovering, viewing, and where enabled, downloading educational resources such as past examination papers, revision materials, and related study documents. Resources may relate to TEVETA, technical and vocational education, colleges, universities, and other examination boards.

Paperflow aims to make available resources easier to find. We do not guarantee that every subject, qualification, institution, examination year, or paper will be available, complete, current, accurate, or suitable for a particular examination.

Unless a page expressly states otherwise, Paperflow does not set examinations, award qualifications, provide official examination results, or replace instructions issued by an educational institution or examination board.

Paperflow is intended to provide access to its educational resources free of charge. We will identify any paid feature or charge clearly before you agree to it, if paid features are introduced.

Some features may be available without an account, while others may require registration or sign-in. You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge, keep your account details up to date, and take reasonable steps to protect your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not share passwords or verification codes, impersonate another person, or attempt to access another user's account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

You may use Paperflow for lawful personal study, teaching, revision, research, and other educational purposes consistent with these Terms and the rights attached to each resource.

You must not use Paperflow to:
- violate copyright, privacy, confidentiality, or other legal rights;
- upload malware, harmful code, spam, fraudulent material, or unlawful content;
- interfere with the website, bypass security controls, or attempt unauthorised access;
- scrape, copy, or bulk-download content in a manner that disrupts the service or violates applicable rights or law;
- misrepresent a resource, its source, or your relationship with an institution;
- use the platform to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others; or
- use past papers or other resources to facilitate cheating, impersonation, or a breach of examination rules.

You are responsible for checking and complying with the academic integrity rules that apply to your course or examination.

Examination papers, logos, marks, question wording, course materials, and other documents may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other rights owned by examination boards, educational institutions, authors, publishers, or other rights holders. Making a resource available on Paperflow does not mean that Paperflow owns it or that all rights have been transferred to Paperflow.

Unless explicitly stated, Paperflow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of TEVETA, any university, college, examination board, or government agency. Names and marks are used only where reasonably necessary to identify the relevant institution or resource.

If you believe material on Paperflow infringes your rights or has been made available without authorisation, contact us at everused69@gmail.com with the page or resource URL, identification of the material, an explanation of your rights and concern, and your contact details. Please do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents. We will review credible reports and may restrict, remove, or disable access to disputed material while assessing the matter. We may request further information before taking action.

We work to keep Paperflow useful and accessible, but we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous availability. We may update, reorganise, suspend, or remove features or materials for maintenance, security, legal reasons, rights-holder requests, or operational needs.

Past papers and revision resources are study aids only. We do not guarantee that a past paper predicts future questions, reflects the latest syllabus, is an official copy, or will lead to a particular examination result. Always confirm examination dates, syllabuses, regulations, and official instructions with your institution or examination board.

Paperflow may link to third-party websites, file hosts, sign-in services, or other resources. Those services are operated by their respective providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their content. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

If you choose to use Google Sign-In or another third-party sign-in service, your use of that service is also subject to the provider's terms and privacy practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Paperflow handles personal information, including information associated with registration, Google Sign-In where enabled, support requests, and website security. By using features that involve personal information, you acknowledge that the relevant information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.

Please review the Privacy Policy before creating an account or using sign-in features. The Privacy Policy forms part of the information governing your use of Paperflow.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Paperflow is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not make guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness of any resource for a particular purpose. You should independently verify important information with the relevant institution or examination board.

To the extent permitted by Zambian law, Paperflow and its operators will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from inability to access the service, reliance on a resource, errors in a document, or interruption of the platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or removes any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.

You may stop using Paperflow at any time. If account deletion is available, you may use that feature or contact us to request deletion. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, infringement, legal compliance, or a material breach of these Terms.

Ending access does not necessarily require us to delete records that we are legally required or reasonably permitted to retain for security, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to Paperflow, its features, applicable law, or operational practices. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek consent for material changes. Continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to you. Disputes should first be raised with us so that we can try to resolve them informally. Nothing in this section prevents a person from exercising a legal right or bringing a complaint to a competent authority.
